• Mark Thomas
  Managing Director & founder

  Founder and Managing Director of the S2M Group and Vroom Motor Sports. He is a British National and graduate with over 18-years experience in sports marketing and facility management based in Australia, Hong Kong and Mainland China. Mark moved to mainland China in 1994 and speaks fluent Chinese and has excellent relationships across both business and government communities. He is considered a pioneer in the sports industry and has led many initiatives that have supported the development of a spectrum of sports in China. He is an active sportsman in his own right having achieved representative honours in Rugby and Athletics as well as being an active player in many other sports including, soccer, golf, squash and tennis.

• Willa Zheng
  Operations Director & Co-Founder

  Co-Founder and Operations Director - A Chinese national with 12 years experience in hospitality, advertising and sports event management. Educated at the top Swiss Hotel Management School DCT, Ms. Zheng started her career by working in 5-Star hotels before moving into advertising with Saatchi & Saatchi and O&M before focusing her skills in the event management field. Her well-rounded understanding of business has been fundamental to the success of S2M and therefore has taken the main role in the operations, systems and the very important 'Chinese' side of the business.

• Greg Turner
  Operations Director & Facility Management

  Greg graduated from the University of Calgary with a degree in International Relations. Having lived in China for more than 6 years, Greg brings ample experience and understanding on business and culture in China to his work. Now starting his new position overseeing the re-opening of the historic Jiangwan Stadium, Greg is looking forward to seeing you all out using the stadium facilities. Outside of work, Greg is also highly involved in organizing the Ice Hockey league in Shanghai, plays organized softball and enjoys numerous other sports including riding his bike through the streets of Shanghai.

• Jerome de Goyon
  Business Director

  Business Director of S2M Group operations - Jerome is a French National and has lived in China since 2001. Having worked in the sports field in China for more than 7 years, Jerome has acquired a very good understanding of the sports business in China, including sports marketing, sports sponsorships, live events and corporate hospitality. Outside of work, Jerome is passionate about the Olympic movement and Asian cultures.

• Vicky Wen
  Office Manager of S2M Guangzhou

  Office Manager of S2M Group operations in Guangzhou – Graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University , majoring in Tourism & Hotel Administration. With over 15 years of professional experience, Vicky brings her wide range of management skills to S2M Group. Vicky is a keen sportswoman and is especially passionate about team sports. She “fell in love” with Rugby back in 2004. Right now Vicky is a member of Guangzhou Rams rugby club and a founder member of the Guangzhou Rams women's team.

• Oliver Twizell
  Sernior Business Development Director

  Senior Business Development Director - Graduated from Northumbria-University, Newcastle with a BSc HONS in Psychology. He is also well qualified in marketing strategy, kaizen, standard operations and skill control. Since joining S2M Group in February 2006 Oliver has project managed a series of highly successful events. He now focuses on new business and client management.

• Joy Zeng
  Account Director

  Account Director - Graduated from Shanghai University of Sport with a master's degree in Sports Management. She is dedicated to all clients and project coordination and implementation relating to the Motor Sports Industry as well as being involved in other major company projects. With her personality, passion and professionalism, it makes her clients extremely satisfied with S2M & Vroom.

• Jack Zhang
  Account Director

  Account Director - Graduated from CSU-Australia Charle Sturt University and majored in International Business Administration. With over 5 years experience in event management and marketing brainstorming, Jack has brought his comprehensive and productive experiences to satisfy the clients as adidas, GUINNESS, Corona and F1 program for S2M Group.

• Jenny Pan
  Account Manager

  Account Manager - Jenny joined S2M Group in June 2005, working in the PR department before transferring to the Administrative Department in early 2006. She was seconded to the Account Servicing Department in June 2006. Her extensive experience together with her affluent project management skills enables her to provide integrated solutions to her clients. Jenny holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Fudan University.

• Simon Ju
  Design & Production Manager

  Design & Production Manager-Graduated from the Shanghai Sports University, he majored in social sports and acquired the certificate of Sports Broker. He also worked in the Shanghai Sports Competition Administrative Center and participated in many operations for many top-level events across Shanghai. Since entering S2M in May 2007, he has been mainly responsible for design, production and a series of on-site operation work and devised a set of sound professional design & production flow.

• Aurelien Schlumberger
  Assistant Producer

  Aurelien is a French-American national and has lived in China for 1 year, as well as America, France and Japan. He Graduated from Tufts University and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, USA. He has proficiency in branding, design, website development and has 3 years of experience in new media business from animation to e-business. Outside of work, Aurelien is passionate about European football and Asian arts and cultures.
